Nations Starter and Alternator is a Family owned and operated company in Southeast Missouri.
Our company was started in 1930 by Robert Lee Nations and his Brothers. Robert Nations was the 7th son
of 7 boys from Morley, Missouri. The company soon settled in a thriving town on the Mississippi River, Cape
Girardeau, Missouri. This is still our home today.
We are a hometown company that strives to keep up with the ever changing electrical system needs and meet
the challenge head on. We excel in getting hard to find starters and alternators and making conversions for
demanding applications. Our years of experience in the auto electrical field and willingness to serve set us
apart from the rest.

How do I return an item?

In order to return something you bought on our store, you must call Customer Support and request an RAR# first. Original sales receipt MUST
We accept returns for exchange or refund minus 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items
must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and
shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30
days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items
returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
There are absolutely no returns on electrical items, contacts, plungers, or repair kits.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
